Achievements:

  • Managed the transition to full-time remote work, during Covid-19, including communication and employee engagement, creating an atmosphere of support, transparency, and stability during difficult times.
  • Successfully set up the basis for day-to-day HR operations, including the introduction of the HRIS system, employee guidelines, approval processes, goal setting, compensation management, recruitment and onboarding processes, allowing more transparency around employee data, smooth hiring and clear management of objectives.
  • Initiated and drove two big change processes, including: vision & mission statement setting and OKRs methodology introduction. Created the basis for introducing feedback and performance management process.
